Just my 2 cents : even if the projects aren’t well run or not followed up as said and would cost another $38 billion to complete. This is just 10% of the bill the American tax payer is bleeding for the war effort (is it an effort ???) in Afghanistan and Iraq.
That same president already refused money for children health care.
Seems war is more important then health of his own people ?
